The Dream Team is our volunteer team — the people who make church happen every single week.

If you’ve ever been greeted at the door, dropped your child off in Kids, parked in a safe lot, or experienced worship on a Sunday… you’ve experienced the Dream Team.

The Draft is where you can:

• Learn what each team does
• Ask questions
• Meet team leaders
• Discover where you fit

You’re not being “drafted.” You’re discovering where you belong. You don’t have to be perfect. You don’t have to be experienced. You just have to be willing. This church is built by people like you. And you belong on the team.

You can serve one service and sit in one service. Each ministry has different time commitments depending on the role. Your Coach will provide you with all the details to ensure you’re clear on what’s expected and can serve in a way that works for you!

It’s simple — click the “Join a Team” button or scan the QR code, fill out the form, and click “Submit”.

Your coach will provide the details. Your check-in location will be at Serve Central. If you’re serving with Kids or Youth in San Jose, please check in at their respective buildings.

We’ll provide all the training and support you need to feel confident and empowered as you serve.

This depends on your specific teams uniform. Your team Coach will let you know once you sign up for a team.

We have a special place for your kids while you serve! It’s called Redemption Kids where the kids engage in worship, hands-on activities, and lessons. Your kids will love all of the new relationships they will make.
