Hey everyone, Ron here and I hope you enjoyed that little glimpse into our unfiltered conversations. Without Hope here today, I wanted to take the opportunity to dive into some topics that are on my mind. I don’t want this to be a typical Bible study or a preaching session, but rather a casual chat about things that interest me. So today, I want to talk about leadership and what kind of person I believe is worth following.

For me, the most important quality in a leader is character and integrity. I want to follow someone who is trustworthy, honest, and true to their word. If I can’t trust you, then I can’t follow you. Integrity is key, ensuring that your actions align with your beliefs and words.

Secondly, discipline is also crucial. A disciplined person can control their appetites and manage their life effectively. It’s about setting boundaries and sticking to them, even when it’s hard. Discipline shows me that you have self-control and can lead by example.

But perhaps the most important quality for me is passion. I want to follow someone who is deeply passionate about what they do and believe in. Passion is contagious, and when you speak with enthusiasm and conviction, it inspires others to follow you.

As I wrap up, I want to remind you that these are just a few of the qualities I value in a leader. It’s not about being perfect, but about striving to be the best version of yourself. I hope this insight into what I look for in a leader has resonated with you.
